Bihari Fine Dining for a Good Cause

For our next Foodie Fellowship adventure, we’re heading somewhere a little different: Bihar! 🇮🇳

Bihar is a state in eastern India with a long history, rich cultural heritage, and a food tradition that is still relatively unknown outside the region. Bihari cuisine is known for hearty, comforting flavours, thoughtful use of spices and local ingredients, and a strong connection to regional and home-style cooking.

This special event takes those culinary traditions and gives them a fine-dining twist, with a 3-course meal inspired by the cuisine of Bihar.
And there’s an extra reason to join us: the event supports families affected by floods in Bihar. ❤️ So we get to discover a new cuisine, enjoy a lovely evening together, and support a good cause at the same time.
Expect good food, new flavours, plenty of conversation, and hopefully a table full of fellow food lovers!

✨ Dress code: Desi Chique
The suggested dress code is Desi Chique. Think festive, elegant South Asian-inspired clothing, or simply a smart outfit with a colourful or traditional touch.
Traditional Indian or South Asian clothing is very welcome, but you definitely don’t need to own any. The dress code is encouraged, not mandatory. The most important thing is that you feel comfortable and come ready to enjoy the evening.
