20's and 30's Mystery Afternoon - The Trail of Lady Thorne

This event is for you! 🌆 Join us for our newest event —a fun filled afternoon where you'll be tasked with a series of puzzles to solve The Trail of Lady Thorne. Lady Thorne vanished on a night when York’s ancient stones seemed to breathe. Her final message was a whisper of choir‑echoes and lantern‑lights. Now, as Autumn approaches York, early nights settle over the Minster and the city’s narrow lanes draw long shadows, a single truth becomes clear: someone—or something—guided her through York’s darkest corners, and the trail she left behind was never meant to be found. 🍔 What to Expect: We'll meet at the back of the Cross Keys Pub on Goodramgate near the Minster. Once everyone has arrived, we'll split you into teams and you'll receive your briefing and your first clue. Each clue will link to a location in York City Centre, where you'll be asked to take a selfie and send to Detective Luke, who will then provide you with your next clue. There is a high chance the last clue will lead you to a secret location in York where we can have a drink or 2! Coming alone? No problem! We'll split people into different teams so you'll be able to meet new people whilst engaging in some friendly competition! To help facilitate a successful event, we do ask that you make every effort to turn up on time. We won't be able to accommodate anyone who arrives more than 5 minutes late. Please note that this event is weather dependent - if the weather forecast is horrible, we may postpone for another day! 🤗 New to the Group? No Worries!
