Saturday Morning Group Run + Coffee- Henderson Women’s Run Club

Join us this Saturday morning for our group run and post run coffee & convo. We’ll meet at Daily Spark Coffee on Stephanie & Paseo Verde 🏃‍♀️☕️ “Ready to run” by 5:30am. Show up early to hear the route and warm up. Bring cold water, hat/visor, sunglasses, cooling towel. And fuel if you’re running long! 🧊 Ice chest will be on the route. Stay for coffee and convo following our run 🙂 All experience levels encouraged to come- walkers, joggers, runners, sprinters...just come!
