We begin by coming together as a community—sharing our names, setting an intention, and connecting through a simple mantra or explore chakra toning with voice.

From there, I guide you into a deeply receptive sound journey through intuitive singing, crystal bowls, and other instruments, creating an atmosphere for inner connection and remembrance.

Each ceremony is unique. My voice becomes a living instrument—guiding the journey in real time and responding in the moment to the energy of the space. Whether this is your first experience with sound or part of your ongoing journey, you are welcome exactly as you are.

You’ll be invited to lie down, rest, and receive—allowing the vibrations of sound and voice to move through you, creating space for inner stillness, transformation, and peace. No prior experience is needed.

About the Facilitator:
Sheau Lee is devoted to helping women reclaim their soul voice and sovereign expression. Many women carry ancestral silencing, cultural conditioning, and inherited emotional suppression in their bodies. Through somatic emotional integration, intuitive movement, drum meditation, and sacred sound, she creates space for what was suppressed to soften and integrate. When the voice is free, inner authority awakens. She weaves Akashic guidance, somatic emotional awareness, sacred voice, drum medicine, and sound into ceremonial spaces. Through her work, she supports deep emotional release, ancestral soul integration, and the reclamation of inner authority and gifts. Blending shamanic drumming with light language soul songs, Sheau’s voice carries a penetrating resonance that gently unlocks what is ready to be healed, remembered, and reclaimed.
