This performance is happening in the Black Box Theater and is configured Thrust style (U- shape or stage surrounded by audience on three sides). I bought tickets house right in Row E.
Doubt: A Parable...“It keeps the audience guessing and second-guessing through the play’s famous final line.”
– New York Post
What is truth, and what is fiction?
St. Nicholas Church School. The Bronx, 1964. Sister Aloysius, the school’s principal, starts to question Father Flynn’s relationship with a troubled young boy. As the progressive priest and traditional nun are drawn into a battle of wills, this riveting psychological drama raises more questions than it answers.
Winner of the 2005 Pulitzer Prize, and Tony Award for Best Play, Doubt: A Parable is an engrossing mystery about the perils of moral certainty. Faith, truth, and doubt weave a complex web that challenges you to question what you believe long after the play has ended.
Content Warning: This production contains adult themes including suggestions of sexual abuse.
Doors to the Arvada Center theaters typically open 30 to 45 minutes before the scheduled curtain time, while the building's lobby and galleries generally open at least 1 to 2 hours before the performance.
Stay Tuned for information about possible dinner before the show!
See you there!
