When the pace of change accelerates, how do we stay grounded, make better decisions and bring others with us?
This isn't a workshop about tools, prompts or the latest model release. It's a session about what stays human while everything else changes.
AI is already reshaping how we work, communicate and lead, faster than the habits, hierarchies, and org charts most workplaces were built around. And underneath all of it, our nervous systems are running on wiring far older than any of that.
This conversational evening session brings emerging and experienced leaders together to unpack that mismatch, and start figuring out, together, what leading well actually looks like when the ground keeps moving.

You'll leave with:

A clearer read on what's genuinely new versus what's simply old wiring meeting a new problem
A practical way to notice your own stress response before it runs the room
A real conversation with others navigating the same shift, wherever they're starting from

Open to anyone in a leadership role, or stepping into one, who wants a more humanity-centric way to lead in an AI-shaped world.

Delivered by Anne Burlinson, Founder , mPW3R.
Anne Burlinson has spent over a decade in leadership positions and has taught organisational behaviour and leadership. She is the founder of mPW3R and Human Evolution Lab, where she develops a systems-anthropology framework examining inherited biological and cultural patterns across deep time, continuing her doctoral discipline when she was trained at the Max Planck Society for Human Ethology. She is currently working on research challenging how 'survival instinct' language is used in management thinking, and preparing Embodied. Excavated., an exhibition under her Art of Uncertainty research program.
