Buckwheat galettes are thin and slightly rustic, perfect for classic savory fillings, while cachapas are thick corn-based pancakes, soft and lightly sweet, often filled with melted cheese. For responsible dining, please finish each galette before ordering another. Any unfinished galette may be charged extra. Sweet crepes are available at an additional cost for those with a sweet tooth.
