Awaken Your Voice: A Day of Singing, Somatics and Full Expression

Many of us learned to soften, shrink, or hold back our expression. Over time these patterns can settle into the body as tension in the jaw, throat, and chest.

In this workshop, singing becomes a pathway back to natural and authentic expression.

Through guided vocal activation, breath, gentle movement, and group singing, we explore how the voice begins to open when the body feels supported and relaxed.

Together we will:

release tension in the jaw, throat, and chest

explore your natural voice through simple songs and vocal play

build confidence expressing yourself in a supportive group space

experience the grounding and joy of singing together

This space is not about performing or sounding perfect.

It’s about reconnecting with the voice that is already yours.

Whether you love singing, feel shy about your voice, or are simply curious to explore it again, you are welcome.

No singing experience is needed — just curiosity and a willingness to explore.

Expect simple songs, guided vocal exploration, and the powerful experience of voices joining together.

Francie, the inspired founder of the award-winning Pure Flow Yoga school, voted top 8 Retreat worldwide by the Guardian, is a trauma-informed Yoga professional, free-spirited flow artist, sacred sounds musician, vocal activation guide, and sound healer.

Francie has guided thousands globally on 200+ transformative Yoga retreats and teacher trainings, and is featured on international festivals as a performer, musician, teacher, and event organizer.

Francie mentors Yogis, artists, and creators in life, business, and voice and help conscious businesses cultivate more flow.

With a background in Psychology and Education, Francie is passionate about exploring the harmony between Yoga, Voice, and Trauma Integration for self-discovery, empowerment, and authentic expression.

She is a devoted seeker and eternal student of life, having studied extensively with global master teachers, and currently pursuing studies in Compassionate Inquiry, a somatic psychotherapeutic approach to trauma resolution

An educator at heart, Francie is passionate about sharing the profound power of healing through music. Creating safe spaces, she guides people to experience deep joy, connection and authentic expression, fostering community and self-worth.

For special class, workshop and night event, Children under the age of 10 are not permitted to join , there are NO EXCEPTIONS to this rule. Children ages 10-15 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian or sibling that is over 18

Refund Policy:

If you are unable to attend this event, you are eligible for a full refund of the ticket price if you contact us at least 24 hours in advance of the published start time. Contact must be made via email to [email protected] or in person at The Yoga Barn reception desk. We are NOT able to process refunds for any reason if you contact us less than 24 hours prior to the published start time. We do not cover reimbursement of any associated booking fees that exceed our published ticket price.
