Maybe you’re navigating something. Maybe you’ve got a lot on your mind. Or maybe you simply want a little time to step out of the noise and check in with yourself.
Through grounding, breathwork, sound and honest conversation, Chris will guide you through an afternoon of reconnecting with yourself and others.
No pressure to speak. No experience needed. Just come as you are.
This is a donation-based event with a ฿150 ticket to join. 100% of the ticket proceeds will go directly to Bangkok Community Help.
