Step into a 4-hour experience designed to bridge the gap between mental clarity and somatic liberation.
We begin with 2 hours of Gong Nidra, exploring the conscious mind (Beta state) to quiet mental chatter, understand brainwave mechanics, and settle into deep sonic stillness.
From this grounded space, we move into 2 hours of EmpowerMovement & EmpowerExpression, exploring the subconscious realm (Theta state) through intuitive movement, somatic release, and authentic expression.
A space to release stored tension, reconnect with your creativity, and return to yourself.
Day 1: Brainwave State: BETA (The Conscious Mind) – explore how sound frequencies and Gong Nidra interact with the nervous system.
Day 2: Brainwave State: THETA (The Subconscious Mind) – Move beyond analytical thinking and reconnect with your intuitive body.
