Clearing the Mind, Opening the Heart
There are things we know long before we’re ready to put them into words. A truth we’ve been circling around. A conversation we keep postponing. A feeling that gets lost somewhere between all the thinking, analysing and figuring things out.
This Full Moon in Gemini brings our attention to communication, honesty and the stories we’ve been telling ourselves.
We’ll gather for an evening of ceremonial cacao, reflection and connection, creating space to soften into the heart and give a little more room to what wants to be expressed, understood or simply seen.
We’ll close with a nourishing sound bath, allowing the mind to quiet down and everything that surfaced to settle into the body.
Come as you are. Bring your journal, an open mind and anything you’ve been wanting to hear more clearly within yourself.
Come as you are. Bring your journal, an open mind and anything you’re ready to clear some space around.
