In this class, through storytelling, we'll explore:

Gentle, flowing movements that awaken and circulate womb energy

Breathwork practices to release stagnant emotions and restore vitality

Meditative journeys to deepen your connection with your inner wisdom

Dance and spiral healing frequencies that resonate with and balance your sacral energy

Ancient mudras and mantras that honor the divine feminine within
