The Harpenden Green Loop

Join us for an Explorer WALX at local countryside parks and nature reserves around St Albans. Visit some of Hertfordshire's beautiful countryside, on varied terrain, these walks are ideal for anyone who wants to improve their fitness and enjoy the social side of walking.
A lovely route from Rothamsted along the Nicky Line to Batford Springs following a section of the Lea valley before returning to Harpenden Common.
This is an easy paced walk open to all abilities covering approximately 6 miles with a break half way for coffee.
