Painting and sanding at Sanctus

Sanctus (Rainsford Road) has asked if we can give a fresh coat of paint to their service-user toilets, and to sand down their counter ready to be painted.

If you've not been to GoodGym before, just wear clothes you are happy to run and work in, all equipment will be provided. You'd be very welcome to join us.

We run together at chatty pace and no-one gets left behind.

There is parking, toilets and lockers at The Old Factory Gym. Please bring a padlock if you want to use a locker.
