WALX Life Balance – Three Locks Evening Adventure WALX (5KM) Wellbeing • Total Body Walking • Friendship • Fresh Air Looking for a friendly way to become more active? Join us for a welcoming WALX Total Body Walking session starting from the Three Locks Public House, Leighton Buzzard. This scenic 5KM adventure walk combines peaceful canal towpaths, open countryside and the beautiful woodland trails of Rushmere Country Park, creating the perfect setting to enjoy the outdoors while improving your health and wellbeing. Whether you're looking to build your fitness, enjoy nature or meet like-minded people, you'll find a supportive group where everyone is encouraged to walk at their own pace. Why Total Body Walking? Using specially designed walking poles helps you involve your whole body while remaining gentle on your joints. Regular sessions can help you: Improve posture, balance and core strength Increase fitness and energy levels Support healthy weight management Reduce pressure on hips, knees and back Boost confidence and overall wellbeing More Than Exercise Many people join to become fitter, but stay because of the friendships. Our walks are relaxed, welcoming and supportive, giving you the chance to enjoy fresh air, great conversation and the motivation that comes from walking together. No one gets left behind, and everyone is encouraged throughout the walk. Many walkers choose to stay afterwards for a coffee, lunch or a drink at the Three Locks, making the social side of WALX just as rewarding as the walk itself.
