East Dean (Moderate)

East Dean is a wonderful place to explore, with beautiful open fields, peaceful woodland and a network of paths offering plenty of variety.

This is a firm favourite with our WALX Coast and Country members, and it's easy to see why. The combination of woodland trails, countryside views and tranquil surroundings makes it a lovely place to escape the hustle and bustle and enjoy being outdoors.

With so many different paths to choose from, we can vary our route and discover something new each time we visit. The changing seasons bring a different character to the landscape, making this a walk to enjoy throughout the year.

The terrain includes woodland and countryside paths, which can be uneven and muddy after rain, so sturdy footwear with good grip is recommended.
