Note that the session starts at 7pm. The listing shows 6.30pm as this is the meeting time if you are joining the group walk/run beforehand (further details below). We will be working in the Tranquil Garden and it will get dark very quickly so if you have a headtorch bring this along. Gardening gloves will be needed (we have spares if you don't have your own) and please ensure you are prepared for the weather (layers is recommended at this time of year).

GROUP RUN DETAILS: meeting point at 6.30pm is The Leather Bottle, 277 Kingston Road, London SW19 3NW - distance will be 2-3km and there will be a run back. A reminder to please sign up to indicate you will be joining the run so we know who to expect.
