Basic Life Support and pediatric first aid

Following on from our Basic Life Support training last summer, we have now been offered a session including a brief refresher on the Adult Basic Life Support, followed by a Paediatric Basic Life Support session.

(Please note this will not include advanced Paediatric First Aid.)

This session will last approximately 60-90 mins in total.

This is a great opportunity to learn or refresh your knowledge of critical life-saving skills, this time incorporating what to do for children - particularly useful for those with children or who volunteer at Junior parkrun. It’s been 7 months since our last First Aid training session, so if you attended that it’s probably time for a reminder.

PLEASE NOTE the earlier start time of 17:50 for this session. The training will start promptly at 6pm.

Training will take place in the conference room of Manor Hospital. Please make your own way there - there will be no group run before this session.
