We'll be meeting at 6:30 at the Castle Centre Gym by Elephant & Castle tube. From there, we'll take a quiet route to run 2.5km to the Trinity College Centre (https://www.google.com/maps/place/Trinity+College+Centre/@51.4801213,-0.0833992,17z/data=!3m1!4b1!4m6!3m5!1s0x4876032a2fa43611:0xd89809f2ccc14e29!8m2!3d51.4801213!4d-0.0833992!16s%2Fg%2F11td3pgzwb?entry=ttu&gep=EgoyMDI2MDgxMi4wIKXMDSoASAFQAw%3D%3D) (all paces welcome!) where we'll be helping out with an array of tasks to help site leader Kevin with the upkeep of the centre.
We'll down tools (sponges? brushes?) at about 8pm and jog back to the Castle Centre.
For the run - we'll have a back marker, so all paces completely welcome. GoodGym welcomes runners of all abilities and we never leave anyone behind.
If you prefer to meet us at the task you're very welcome to do so. We'd expect to arrive at approximately 7pm.
The Trinity College Centre (https://www.trinitycollegecentre.org/) is a Camberwell community centre used by a variety of different groups, supporting asylum seekers and refugees, running a group for adults with learning disabilities and offering free fitness classes for everyone in the community.
