Group Run & Litter Pick (Plogging) – Phoenix Cinema

Join us for an easy, social group run with a purpose. We’ll be meeting outside Phoenix Cinema at 6:45pm, then heading out to tackle a nearby litter hotspot.

This is a plogging session – jogging (or walking) while litter-picking – so expect a relaxed pace, plenty of chat, and a very visible impact by the end. All abilities welcome, and you can run, jog, or walk as suits you.
