Gardening at Charlton Manor Primary School

Hi everyone and welcome to GoodGym Greenwich!

We're a friendly and social group who combine running with volunteering in the local community. We meet every Wednesday to get active and do a physical task for charities and community organisations in the area.

The Task

This week we're back at Charlton Manor Primary School where we'll be doing some odd jobs and gardening.

The Run

Our run this week will be 1-3km each way if we extend the run through Charlton Park slightly. At the end of the session we will have a fitness session back at Charlton House to push ourselves at our own pace - all abilities welcome!

Where & When

We meet at 6.45pm for a 7 o'clock start at Charlton House on the corner of Hornfair Road. The what three words location is "army.rips.spicy". Give Rachel a call on 07952192005 if you can't find us!

If you'd like to meet at the task, we will be there about 7.20pm. The entrance is on Nigeria Road, SE7 7EF.

The session will be about 90 minutes in total so we should be all wrapped up by 8.30pm.

What To Bring

Please bring some gloves and a headtorch if you have one, otherwise it's just yourself.
