Our Parks run club is a community running group.Your coach will guide you along a local 5k running route with shorter options available.It's perfect for beginners or anyone getting back into running.You'll only need to bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated throughout your workout.Please register and Book In for your class to reserve your space & of course we'd love for you to bring a friend along as well!
