Come and meet like-minded people, connect with nature and give back to your community - all whilst getting active!

🌞 Why It Matters
Gale Street Orgaic Community Garden has been run by Breda - a local older residnet - for over 20 years. Since the pandemic - the garden has been left to go wild. Help from GoodGym B&D is crucial to get the garden back to it's best adn ready to welcome more local reaidents to enjoy time in this magica green space.
👋 Who You’ll Meet
Breda - warm, welcoming and with a wicked sense of humour, Breda is the star attraction at Gale Street (other than the garden itself of course). They have been running the garden for the benefit of the community for over 20 years (and they're a qualified soil scientist too!)
Nassaba - a very special soul, Nassaba runs Elevate Together C.I.C and is involved across B&D in a number of food growing projects. Chat with them to find out more about current projects and how you could get involved further
Come along for a relaxed and friendly evening of volunteering – no experience needed, just bring your energy and community spirit!
We hope to see you there!!
