BACK TO BASICS! Beginner (or refresher) Aerial Hoops class IN STUDIO

For those who have never tried hoops or would like to brush up on forgotten skills as a refresher. At this level you will focus on getting acquainted with the equipment, safe entries and exits, simple static poses and learning the basics (technique, moves). NO body creams or moisturisers, oils, or jewels please for safety reasons. Ages: 5 to adult. NB: children (5-12) need to be accompanied by a paying adult. Cancellation policy: no refund is issued for drop-in class cancellations less than 48h (24h for online option) before class. If notice of more than 48h is given, all efforts will be made to find an alternative class within the same month, although securing the alternative class is not guaranteed. Any refunds given for ANY reason other than the studio cancelling will incur a 5% payment platform cancellation fee.
