WEREWOLF WEDNESDAY ZUMBA Halloween theme

Gather at Adventure Dolphin for a seriously spooky session of seasonal shimmies and silliness AKA Zumba. Fancy dress, as always, is optional but strongly encouraged. Get a sweat on with moves, grooves and giggles to the best music going, with a welcoming and laid-back group. Suitable for everyone - work at the right pace and level for you. No dance experience or knowledge required - just follow me and have fun! If you are booking for the first time, I will email this to you along with health forms, to be completed prior to your first class.
