Why not come and try this gentle fusion of walking with yoga. These gentle WALX incorporate balance work, flexibility and strength with a bit of mindfulness and relaxation too. All postures are standing and suitable for complete beginners to yoga along with more experienced yogis. Held in the beautiful surroundings of Sywell Country Park.
