The Saturday Strollers walks take you to different locations each week. These walks are of an easy pace covering approximately 4 miles in an hour and a half.
It's ideal for anyone who wants to progress gently with their exercise and practise their Nordic walking technique. We will encourage you to increase your walking distance and speed over time. There will always be rest opportunities for those that require them.
A great way to enjoy the countryside while getting a full body exercise.
