Discover WALX -Allestree Park

A WALX Discovery Session in Allestree Park is the perfect introduction to WALX Derwent and Dales.

This session is a great way to find out more about WALX and how walking with us can help you move well, get more out of your walks, meet other walkers, and explore the local areas in the safety and reassurance of walking with professional leaders. You’ll also discover how total body walking with poles and simple drills can be one of the most effective (and enjoyable!) ways to exercise. By joining WALX Derwent and Dales, you’ll become part of a friendly and supportive community that walks together in beautiful locations. Whether you’re aiming to improve your fitness, explore new routes, or simply enjoy good company outdoors, there’s something for everyone.
