About

Why NDK? ‘ND’ or 'Neurodivergent', because it's a night run by an ND team. 'Karneval' is a colourful in-between world where normal social rules are lifted and a new set of rules apply.

We aim for better access and inclusion for the audience and performers, at an event we'd actually want to bring our mates to. This is a space where neurodivergence is the norm and celebrated. Dance however you want, or don't. Allies and friends welcomed with open arms. Just don't make us do small talk! Bring a mate, bring a date - it’s just a damn good night out.

Partners

We find our drag and cabaret short acts through emerging performers' networks, including Above Your Nerve theatre company.

We are funded by Arts Council England's National Lottery Project Grants.

Ticket pricing

We are a not-for-profit event. General admission ticket prices reflect our commitment to paying our artists a fair wage. We also want everyone to be able to come to NDK. Please select a Community Ticket if cost is a barrier, or get in touch.
