During the darkest days of the AIDS crisis, we buried our friends in the morning, we protested in the afternoon and we danced all night. The dance kept us in the fight because it was the dance we were fighting for. Dan Savage, 2024
To mark World AIDS Day, join us for More Than A Ribbon, an evening of remembrance, resilience and hope, hosted by Son of a Tutu.
Together, we'll honour those we have lost to HIV and AIDS, celebrate the progress we've made, and stand in solidarity with everyone affected by HIV.
Enjoy an uplifting evening of live music, dance, drag and inspiring speakers, while raising vital funds for Terrence Higgins Trust.
Featuring
Son of a Tutu (Host)
London Gay Men's Chorus

The evening will raise vital funds for Terrence Higgins Trust, the UK's leading HIV charity. Together, we're working towards a future without new HIV cases in the UK and ensuring everyone living with HIV can access the support they need and live free from stigma.
Every ticket sold will help support Terrence Higgins Trust's vital work. There will also be a raffle and additional opportunities to donate on the night, helping us raise even more funds for people living with and affected by HIV.
This is a mixed seating and standing event. Seating is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
If you have any accessibility requirements, please contact [email protected] before the event.
ALL BAGS AND COATS MUST BE CHECKED IN ON THE NIGHT.
The Royal Vauxhall Tavern is an LGBTQ+ venue, please respect our space.
Doors at 7pm, show at 8pm.
Line up subject to last minute changes.
Whether you're coming to remember, celebrate, learn or show your support, we'd love you to join us for this special World AIDS Day event.
Together, we can honour the past, celebrate our community and help create a future without new HIV cases in the UK.
