TRANSMISSIONS PRESENTS: The Mother

From screenwriter Hanif Kureishi (My Beautiful Laundrette), Daniel Craig stars opposite Anne Reid in a scandalous British drama about a recent widow who falls into bed with her daughter's boyfriend in The Mother (2003).

Named one of the best films of the year on release by none other than John Waters, The Mother (2003) is about the tug of desire that calls us to abandon sense and start living.

Join us downstairs at Dalston Superstore for a rarely screened and deeply felt melodrama.

Why shouldn't I be difficult?
