Queer Writes

This is a writing workshop for folks who identify as queer and/ or LGBTQIA+ followed by a cosy open mic ~ held in the gorgeous upstairs studio space at The Union Theatre, SE1

This will be a gentle supportive workshop for those seeking a space in which to write, be inspired, and connect with like-minded folk. Guided by prompts, and facilitated by multi disciplinary artist Amy Allen, this workshop is for folks who identify as queer/ LGBTQIA+ regardless of where you are at on your writing journey.

Please bring blankets/ cushions/ snacks or anything that helps you feel cosy 😊 The Union Theatre Bar will be open for you to purchase drinks and bring up to the space. We will also have the opportunity to have some social time together after the workshop if you wish.

Please note that this space is accessible via one flight of stairs.
