Community Book Swap!

Do you love talking books but hate being told what to read by a book club? Do you have books on your shelf that you think more people should read? Do you want to meet other book-minded individuals? Come to this book swap!

Come to Mission Dolores (exact location tbd) with 1-2 books you liked that you're willing to lend / give away. We'll each spend 1 - 2 minutes describing our books (no spoilers!) then play a white elephant style game so everyone leaves with at least one book. Books leftover at the end can be reclaimed by their original owner or claimed by anyone interested.

Don't like the book you end up with? You have the choice of giving it away or holding on to it until the next book swap! If you feel particularly attached to the book you're bringing to the swap, either consider bringing another book or exchanging contact information with the borrower (with their consent).

All genres are welcome, the only ask is you bring a book you actually think other people would want to read - this isn't a way to clean out your bookshelf!
