Kick off the weekend with an epic crew of guys for a surprise beach workout on the sand and in the ocean.
You won’t know what we’re doing until you get there. Just show up ready to challenge yourself, get wet, and get after it alongside some solid men.
🧘 7:15 a.m. — Optional sunrise breathwork. Arrive by 7:10am sharp if you’re joining.
💪 7:30 a.m. — Workout starts. Expect 45–60 minutes, with a maximum of one hour.
