Open Decks Kickback is a low-pressure space for DJs, especially beginners, to get some practice in, share music, and meet other DJs. Music lovers are also welcome!
Each DJ will get a 15–20 minute set, with slots available on a first-come, first-served basis. You should already know how to DJ digitally, and you’ll need to bring your own laptop. A deck and speakers will be provided. Come ready to try something new, get feedback if you want it, and encourage each other. The event is free, but we ask that you support Lips Cafe by grabbing something while you’re there. Tell a friend to tell a friend!
BRING YOUR LAPTOP if you're doing a set ☺️
Controller TBD, but will likely be DDJ-FLX4
All levels are welcome
