Glad you asked! It's a guided mindful silent disco experience blending dance therapy, meditation, mindfulness, and community connection. Led by a trained embodiment facilitator/DJ and set to a curated musical journey, house, disco, pop & more, designed to take you on an emotional arc to reflect, rejoice, and reconnect.
