Emi and I are putting together a small journaling club inspired by her podcast, Prompting the Soul. Emi will guide us through a morning of journaling, reflection, and conversation, using prompts inspired by The Book of Alchemy by Suleika Jaouad and Prompting the Soul.
No journaling experience required!! And this is definitely not a serious writing workshop. You can write, doodle, make lists, draw, or write random thoughts. There are no rules and no pressure to share anything you don't want to.
We'll be a small group of about 8 people, so it'll be cozy and friendly.
Bring: your morning coffee or tea, picnic mat/blanket to sit, notebook or journal, a pen
We will bring some snacks and water, but feel free to bring your own if you'd like. Can't wait to see you all <3
