Meaning of Making — Kyōto YouMe Triennale 2026 International Conference Kyōto YouMe Triennale 2026 の中心プログラムのひとつとして、一日限りの国際カンファレンスを開催します。渉成園と重信会館で展示を手がける各国のキュレーターが一堂に会し、それぞれの土地でものづくりが置かれている状況を持ち寄ります。手仕事の力、ラグジュアリーの行方、真正性とは何か。展示を見るだけでは見えてこない議論の部分を、対話を通してお聞きいただける機会です。 登壇者のプロフィールは公式サイトでご紹介しています。 日時　2026年10月11日（日）12:00–16:20（開場11:30） 会場　京都リサーチパーク サイエンスホール（京都市下京区中堂寺南町134） 定員　150名 言語　日本語・英語（逐次通訳｜通訳：中山 慶） MC　アンジェラ・ウー ※渉成園・重信会館への入場は、別途チケットが必要です。 A one-day conference bringing together the curators behind the Triennale's exhibitions at Shōsei-en and Jushin Kaikan. Across four discussions and four presentations, they set out what is happening to making in their respective countries: the power of craft, the future of luxury in retail, and what authenticity means now. The programme closes with an introduction to 4D: Designing Development, Developing Design, the international conference to be held at Ritsumeikan University in 2027. Late entry is permitted, but admission will be allowed only at designated breaks between sessions. Seating is unreserved and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Ticket sales will close once capacity is reached. Consecutive interpretation between Japanese and English will be provided. Admission to the exhibition venues (Shōsei-en Garden and Jushin Kaikan) is not included. A separate Triennale ticket is required. Please follow staff instructions regarding photography and video recording inside the venue. No food will be provided. As the program begins at 12:00 PM, please have lunch before arriving.
