Food for Soul is a ground-up Initiative started by Solomon Kang. Food for Soul's mission is to rescue ugly food and turn them into comfy healthy meal for those who need them more, with the help of trained cooks. By using ugly food as our main source of ingredient, we work towards reducing Singapore food waste and feeding individuals and families facing poverty. At the same time, people can also see how ugly food can still be turned into a healthy and safe meal, with the right attitude and methods.
