In this special class, run in collaboration with Hong Lim Curry Puff, you'll spend 3 hands-on hours learning the craft from start to finish: working the dough until it's just right, preparing the filling, then folding and sealing each puff by hand, guided every step of the way by our trainer Chances are you've had a curry puff at least once in your life — this is your chance to make your very own, and learn the process behind it.
