日本の新しい伝統のあり方を、2つのセッションで深く紐解きます。

セッション1
京友禅の仕上げの工程を担う加飾技法「金彩」。染め上がった生地に金銀箔等で華美になりすぎず、それでいて艶やかな美しさを加えます。本セッションでは、ベジタブルタンニンレザーの素材に京都・岡崎の道60年の金彩師が銀箔を施し、熱を加え硫化させる「焼き箔」という技法で仕上げたギターストラップを生み出した「Sensuous Kyoto Project」の誕生秘話を掘り下げます。市職員でありながら情熱的な副業プロジェクトとしてブランドを立ち上げたＫＣＩＴＯ、数多くの大型文化・アートプロジェクトを手掛け、京都を拠点に地域の文化を豊かなコンテンツとして世界に発信する村山氏とともに、開発に至った思い、今京都が抱える課題と未来像について語ります。

セッション2
全国を巡回し社会現象となった「ヱヴァンゲリヲンと日本刀展」。当代屈指の刀匠たちがアニメの世界観に挑んで鍛え上げた「エヴァ刀（新刀）」は、伝統工芸と世界的IPが融合した歴史的モニュメントとなりました。本ナイトプログラムのフィナーレを飾る本夜は、古神道家・修験道行者として「ネオ・ジャパネスク（温故創新）」を世界で提唱する表博耀氏と、知財・DAO・スタートアップ法務を牽引する弁護士の本嶋孔太郎氏が登壇。「文化資産をいかに正当に評価し、持続可能なビジネスやコミュニティ資本へと昇華させるか」を巡り、縦横無尽に語り尽くします。

Session1
With over 60 years of heritage in Okazaki, Kyoto, traditional gold leaf masters utilize "Yakihaku"—a delicate chemical art where genuine silver leaf is scorched with sulfur smoke to create organic iridescent colors. Merging this sacred craft with vegetable-tanned leather, the "Sensuous Kyoto Project" created premium guitar straps sought after by musicians globally. Founded by an active Kyoto City official as a passion-driven side venture, this session reveals the creation story alongside cinematic documentary footage of master artisans at work.

Session2
The touring exhibition "Evangelion and Japanese Swords" became a landmark cultural phenomenon. Contemporary master swordsmiths challenged anime iconography to forge authentic blades, establishing a historic synthesis between master craft and global IP. Celebrating the grand finale of our night series, Shinto master Hiroaki Omote (advocate of "Neo-Japanesque") and leading web3/intellectual property attorney Kotaro Motoshima meet to debate how traditional cultural assets should be properly valued and transformed into sustainable community capital.

■登壇者プロフィール

伊藤圭之（KC ITO）
Sensuous Kyoto Project ブランドディレクター/プロダクトデザイナー、京都橘大学 キャリアデザイン講師、一般社団法人アソボロジー ファウンダー/コモン、京都市 京都創生担当。

京都で、行政、大学、スタートアップ、ものづくりを行き来しながら、京都の文化資本、人的資本、社会関係資本の見える化、ブランド化に取り組む。2026年 京都の工芸の美を日常の道具に宿らせるものづくりブランド Sensuous Kyoto Project を立ち上げ。京都の美意識、繊細な職人の感覚を五感で感じられるアイテムを京都から発信。

村山カズマサ（むらやま かずまさ）
合同会社京都村正 代表。立命館大学 衣笠キャンパスプロデューサー、OIC総合研究機構 客員研究員、文化庁 観光庁 コーチ。

京都を拠点に、寺社仏閣、文化財、伝統工芸など日本固有の文化資産を、観光・宿泊・地域開発に資する高付加価値な体験へ再構築する。ラグジュアリーブランドとの協業をはじめ寺社仏閣や文化財を活用した大型文化プロジェクトを多数手がけ、空間演出、文化観光企画ブランド開発を通じて、全国地域の歴史や美意識を国内外の顧客に届く事業性あるコンテンツへと昇華。

坪内哲也 （つぼうち てつや　刀工銘：祐忠）
岡山県岡山市生まれ。刀工を目指すため、1982 年別府大学文学部史学科を中退。平成元年美術刀剣類等製作承認を文化庁より受け刀工となる。平成 18 年より現代刀工の団体｢全日本刀匠会｣の事務局、現一般社団法人全日本刀匠会事業部の運営を担う。 現代刀剣の啓発事業、 技術伝承、作刀に必要な松炭の確保事業を同時に行う。 平成 25年｢伝統工芸木炭生産技術保存会｣を設立。 同 26年に国選定保存技術保持団体として認定される。 伝統工芸に必要な木炭製造及び原材料である樹木の育成を手掛け、 現在では他の伝統工芸に必須な樹木の調査育成も行っている。

原材料の確保は、 伝統工芸に欠くことの出来ないものであり、 刀に限らず、 必要な原材料確保を手掛けることが使命と考えている。

表 博耀（おもて ひろあき）
日本国エンターテイメント観光大使／山蔭神齋80世／創生神楽宗家

3歳より山伏の修行を始め、古神道・修験道の精神文化と身体技法を継承。経済産業省で発足した「新日本様式（ネオジャパネスク）推進懇談会」の発起人として「温故創新」を提唱し、日本の伝統文化を現代の感性と融合させる文化創造活動を展開する。
独自の日本的世界観を表現する創生神楽や芸術作品を世界各国で発表。2019年にはローマ教皇庁立音楽学校聖音楽堂にて創生神楽を公演し、ローマ教皇に謁見。着物作品は英国ヴィクトリア＆アルバート博物館（V&A美術館）に収蔵されている。

2026年には、オスカーウィークにハリウッドで開催された「Luxury Gala 2026」において、日本の伝統工芸を現代アートへと昇華させた創造性が評価され、「Outstanding Kimono Design Innovator Award」を受賞。

古来の精神文化を現代の感性で再解釈し、古神道・修験道に根ざした日本の精神性を、創生神楽や現代アートを通じて新たな表現を創造。伝統を継承するだけでなく、時代とともに新たな価値を生み出す「温故創新」の実践者として、芸術・エンターテインメントの領域を横断し、日本文化の新たな可能性を世界に発信している。

本嶋 孔太郎（もとじま こうたろう）
弁護士、一般社団法人日本DAO協会 代表理事、共創DAOファウンダー。

東京大学法学部卒業後、森・濱田松本法律事務所を経て香川県へ移住。スタートアップ法務、web3/DAO、知財戦略の第一線で活躍し、地域固有の文化財やコミュニティ価値を共創・自律分散型エコシステムで守り育てる仕組みづくりを牽引している。ソーシャルコーディネーターとして、伊勢神宮のお膝元でのプロジェクト、北海道道南でのDAOプロジェクト、アイヌのお祭り等のコーディネートを行う。主な著書に『ヘルステックの法務Q&A』（商事法務、2022）、『60分でわかる！改正個人情報保護法 超入門』（技術評論社、2022）がある。

Speaker Profile

Keisuke Ito (KC)
Brand Director and Product Designer for the Sensuous Kyoto Project; Lecturer in Career Design at Kyoto Tachibana University; Founder/Common of the general incorporated association Asobology; and official in charge of Kyoto City’s "Kyoto Revitalization" initiatives. Based in Kyoto, he moves between the public sector, academia, startups, and the manufacturing industry, working to visualize and brand Kyoto’s cultural, human, and social capital. In 2026, he launched the Sensuous Kyoto Project, a manufacturing brand that infuses the beauty of Kyoto craftsmanship into everyday objects. From Kyoto, the project introduces items that allow people to experience the city's aesthetic sensibilities and the delicate intuition of its artisans through all five senses.

Kazumasa Murayama
Representative of Kyoto Muramasa LLC; Producer for Ritsumeikan University’s Kinugasa Campus; Visiting Researcher at the OIC Research Organization; and Coach for the Agency for Cultural Affairs and the Japan Tourism Agency. Based in Kyoto, he transforms Japan’s unique cultural assets—such as temples, shrines, cultural properties, and traditional crafts—into high-value experiences that contribute to tourism, hospitality, and regional development. He has spearheaded numerous large-scale cultural projects utilizing temples, shrines, and cultural properties, including collaborations with luxury brands. Through spatial design, cultural tourism planning, and brand development, he elevates regional history and aesthetics into commercially viable content that resonates with both domestic and international audiences.

Tetsuya Tsubouchi (Swordsmith name: Suketada)
Born in Okayama City, Okayama Prefecture. He withdrew from the Department of History at Beppu University in 1982 to pursue a career as a swordsmith. In 1989, he received authorization from the Agency for Cultural Affairs to manufacture art swords and became a swordsmith. Since 2006, he has managed the secretariat—and currently the operations division—of the All Japan Swordsmiths Association (Zen-Nihon Tosho-kai), an organization for contemporary swordsmiths. He simultaneously engages in initiatives to promote awareness of contemporary swords, pass on technical skills, and secure the pine charcoal essential for sword forging. In 2013, he established the Association for the Preservation of Traditional Craft Charcoal Production Techniques, which was certified in 2014 as a group holding a nationally designated preservation technique. He produces charcoal for traditional crafts and cultivates the trees used as raw materials; he now also researches and cultivates trees essential for other traditional crafts.

Securing raw materials is indispensable to traditional crafts; he considers it his mission to ensure the availability of necessary raw materials, not only for swords but for traditional crafts in general.

Hiroaki Omote
Entertainment Tourism Ambassador of Japan / 80th Head of the Yamakage Shinto Lineage / Grand Master of Sosei Kagura

He began training as a yamabushi (mountain ascetic) at the age of three, inheriting the spiritual culture and physical disciplines of Ancient Shinto and Shugendo. As a founding member of the "Neo-Japanesque Promotion Council" established by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, he advocates the concept of "Onko-Soshin" (creating the new by honoring the old) and engages in cultural activities that fuse traditional Japanese culture with modern sensibilities.

He presents Sosei Kagura performances and artworks that express his unique Japanese worldview across the globe. In 2019, he performed Sosei Kagura at the Pontifical Institute of Sacred Music in Rome and was granted an audience with the Pope. His kimono creations are held in the permanent collection of the Victoria and Albert Museum (V&A) in London.

In 2026, he received the "Outstanding Kimono Design Innovator Award" at the "Luxury Gala 2026" held in Hollywood during Oscar Week, in recognition of his creativity in elevating traditional Japanese craftsmanship into contemporary art.

By reinterpreting ancient spiritual culture through a modern lens, he creates new forms of expression for the Japanese spirit—rooted in Ancient Shinto and Shugendo—through Sosei Kagura and contemporary art. As a practitioner of "Onko-Soshin"—creating new value in step with the times while preserving tradition—he transcends the boundaries of art and entertainment to share the new possibilities of Japanese culture with the world.

Kotaro Motoshima
Attorney-at-Law; Representative Director, Japan DAO Association; Founder, Co-Creation DAO.

Graduate of the University of Tokyo Faculty of Law. Formerly with Mori Hamada & Matsumoto, he relocated to Kagawa Prefecture. A pioneer in web3 legal frameworks, DAO structures, and intellectual property, he empowers regional communities to protect and nurture cultural assets via decentralized autonomous ecosystems.
