Dean Turnley

Melbourne-based DJ and producer Dean Turnley has spent nearly a decade cultivating a stripped-back, groove-driven sound rooted in the traditions of Detroit and Chicago house. Known for his functional, dancefloor-focused productions and DJ-led approach, he has built a strong reputation across Australia’s underground club circuit while also co-founding Thailand’s Sundancer Festival.

His breakout moment arrived in 2026 with “Actin’ Tough,” a track that evolved from a sought-after Melbourne club ID into a global dancefloor anthem, reaching 1 on Beatport and earning widespread support from DJs worldwide. Built on consistency, credibility, and a deep understanding of what works in the club, Turnley is emerging as one of Australia’s most exciting underground house exports.
