EVENT POLICY

Cyclic is built around music, community and mutual respect.
We are committed to creating a safe, welcoming and memorable experience for everyone.

This is an 18+ event.

For table reservations, please contact us via WhatsApp: +40 742 198 569.

We encourage a considered, put-together look. Sportswear, tracksuits and shirtless entry are not permitted.

Entry may be refused, or guests may be asked to leave, in cases of aggressive, disruptive, harassing or disrespectful behaviour.

Entry may also be refused in cases of excessive intoxication or any behaviour that may affect the safety, comfort or experience of others.

To preserve the atmosphere and social dynamic of the event, large groups may be subject to prior approval, regardless of whether tickets have already been purchased. We recommend contacting us in advance for groups of 20 or more guests.

Cyclic events are carefully curated to maintain a balanced, comfortable and inclusive crowd. Admission policies may therefore take into consideration the overall composition and dynamics of large groups, alongside venue capacity, safety and the experience of our guests.
