Friday, September 25 we’re back upstairs @lhschubas with family and friends. Absolutely stoked to invite Nicholas Latiff to our home base as he begins a new chapter in Chicago. We’re in for a treat with @lulo Soundroom founder and operator. A Vinyl Purist of Colombian/Brazilian origins now based in Chicago and one of those rising if-you-know-you-know artists shaping the North American Underground. His Sets glide through House, techno, minimal, breaks and the deeper corners of contemporary and old school electronics, with releases on Under Rated Art Creations and his own upcoming imprint Spraycan Records - ushering a new era for Mr. Spraycan (new alias). Debuting alongside is @diskoteka co-founder @sian.diskoteka. By way of Bogota, Sian connects his Latin roots with the sounds of Chicago’s underground. From hypnotic techno to stripped back minimal and disco-driven house, his sets blur the lines between raw grooves, late night rhythms, and unexpected moments built for the dance floor.
