The Afrobeats sound, driven by international superstars like Burna Boy, Rema and Wizkid (just to name a few), has become a staple of the charts and club scene. On 12 December, Lagos in NL brings another unfiltered Afrobeats experience to EKKO.
Lagos in NL was born out of a desire to bring the unique atmosphere of Nigerian Afrobeats parties to the Netherlands. The Utrecht-based collective celebrates West African music and culture through club nights and festivals where music, community and culture come together. ‘Cause there ain’t no party like a Lagos party!
