Papaia Club and Le Nomad share a night where eclecticism becomes the starting point and selections can move freely across genres, eras and geographical boundaries. Papaia Club is the project of Gaspar & Elena, partners both in life and behind the decks and regular residents at Berlín Club. For more than two decades, Gaspar Antuña has combined DJing with music teaching, journalism, production, label management and programming. He has also been Café Berlín's booker and resident DJ for more than ten years. Together with Elena, he has created a session driven by a shared love of music and dancing, where soul, disco, jazz, Latin sounds, house and electronic music coexist without prejudice. Le Nomad is a French-Vietnamese artist born in Paris and raised across Europe, Asia and Latin America, transforming his nomadic upbringing into a musical identity that refuses to fit neatly into genres. A DJ, producer and multi-instrumentalist, he combines European atmospheres, Latin rhythms, house, rock, hip-hop and different shades of electronic music, moving between vinyl and digital formats with a musician's approach to the decks. Currently based in Madrid, Le Nomad is the founder of 99 Percent Nice and has released music on Días de Campo, Ears on Earth, Toscal Records, Discovery Vinyl and Boyanza Records. His appearances at clubs and festivals across Europe and the U.S. reflect the same philosophy: exploring sounds, connecting influences and using music as a way to bring people and cultures together. Le Gap is built around that meeting point: Papaia Club and Le Nomad sharing a dancefloor where musical boundaries dissolve and every selection can open up a new direction.
