Ryuichi Sakamoto Opus (Audiophile Screening)

We are moved beyond measure to present Ryuichi Sakamoto’s Opus. ‚The project was conceived as a way to record my performances — while I was still able to perform — in a way that is worth preserving for the future‘. In service of that wish, Circadian is partnering with Funkhaus and Quality Time to present a cinematic screening of Opus across two afternoons. The screenings will take place in Saal 1 of the legendary Funkhaus Berlin, home of our Circadian Gyokuro Atelier. 26th and 27th September. The screenings coincide with the English-language publication of Sakamoto’s autobiography, Music sets you free. On Saturday (26.9), we will host an interview with Alva Noto.
