The Spanish capital is the perfect scenario for the ÆDEN experience, which has been designed around open-air spaces and integrating the surrounding nature. This performance will mark Anyma’s most immersive and transformative live music experience yet, guaranteeing an unforgettable show. OUR MISSION IS TO PROVIDE A SAFE AND FRIENDLY EVENT. The PURCHASER will be the only person to receive the QR code for the tickets purchased during the buying process once they have been activated (24 hours in advance via the RA app), even in cases where multiple tickets are purchased and/or the details of other attendees are included, or the tickets are assigned to other attendees. . To gain entry to the event, you must bring your National Identity Card, passport or another official document that proves your identity and that you are of legal age (valid and original). . To ensure the safety of all attendees, security staff may search all persons and personal belongings entering the venue, in full compliance with applicable safety regulations. . Upon arrival at the venue, you must exchange your ticket for a wristband, which will allow you to enter and remain at the event. You must keep your wristband properly attached throughout the event. . You are permitted to bring food and/or drink from outside into the venue (plastic water bottles of up to half a litre without a cap) provided the container is not made of glass. Inside the venue, you will find free drinking water points and a range of food options that includes vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free choices alongside meat-based options. . As part of our commitment to sustainability and the environment, a reusable cup policy has been implemented. When you order your first drink, you must pay a deposit of ONE (1) EURO to receive your reusable cup, which will be refunded when you return your cup and a token provided at the time of purchase. . For security reasons, you are not permitted to leave the venue temporarily during the event. If you leave the venue, you will not be allowed to re-enter. . THE ORGANISER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ADMISSION. The VIP EXPERIENCE ticket includes an exclusive bar and exclusive toilets in an elevated platform in front of the stage; it does NOT grant access to the stage. The VIP EXPERIENCE has a code of conduct, and the Organising Body reserves the right to remove anyone from the venue in the event of behaviour that compromises this code of conduct. . WE ARE OPPOSED TO THE TICKET RESALE MARKET, AND FOLLOWING EXPERIENCES AT PREVIOUS EVENTS INVOLVING DUPLICATE AND UNOFFICIAL TICKETS, WE DO NOT SUPPORT THIRD-PARTY RESALE PLATFORMS, INCLUDING TICKETSWAP. WE WORK EXCLUSIVELY WITH RESIDENT ADVISOR AND ENTERTICKET TO PROVIDE A VERIFIED AND FAIR METHOD OF TICKET RESALE.
