As the door closes, the outside world stays behind. Inside, a space engulfed in shadow.
Penumbra is a part of the shadow. The soft edge where light and darkness blur, and neither exceeds the other. We don't banish what we've buried, but gather to sit beside it. Our greatest strengths are sometimes the parts of us we have yet to enlighten.
The Pact:
Authenticity Over Performance: Come as you are, not as you're seen.
Openness with Respect: What we judge in others, we meet gently in ourselves.
Depth in Experience: Let your movement go where words can’t.
Depart with an Imprint: what strength have you been taught to suppress?
The rest awaits at Yūgen.
