Saturday Nov 14, Animals Dancing sink back down to the Sub Club basement for a very special all-night set courtesy of elusive Tokyo mystic: Powder!
An alchemist of the global underground, Powder conjures atmosphere track-by-track when at the controls, intuitively transforming seemingly incompatible records into something cohesive and greater than the sum of their parts.
At the helm of her Thinner Groove imprint, Powder has also been quietly cultivating a catalogue of leftfield club psychedelia and playful downtempo abstractions.
This will be Powder’s only Melbourne show outside of Hopkins Creek. Tickets on sale now via RA.
This party takes place on Wurundjeri Country. We pay our respects to the First Peoples of this land and the Elders of the Kulin Nation, past and present.
